Our Proposals
When you request a quote from Flexible Automation Inc. you will receive an on-site visit in most cases, a concept drawing, cycle sequence gantt chart, and a formal quote package describing the details of your system. Our sales staff can usually provide you with a formal quotation in less than two weeks.

Kick Off / Bi-Weekly Updates
For each project we will hold a kick-off meeting in which you will meet with our staff to discuss the details of your project. After this meeting we will hold an internal kick-off meeting in which we finalize the details of the project. Finally, our Project Management staff can supply you with bi-weekly updates as the job progresses.

Design and Assembly
All of our machines are designed in-house, using AutoCad 2000. Our machine bases are also fabricated in-house and are typicaly constructed of 2"x2" steel tubing for durability and precision. After the base has been painted to your specifications, the Assembly department will work simultaneously with our Electrical department to ensure that the machine is completed on time.

Run-Off
A machine run-off will take place on our floor prior to machine shipment. We invite you and your staff to join us as we hold all variables as close to real production as possible. Typically machine run-offs consist of a 20 hour dry-run, 8-hour simulated production run-off on our floor, and an 8-hour run-off on the customer's floor.

Delivery, Installation, and Training
We will deliver, install, set-up and run-off the machine at your facility. We will include a training session for your employees. Additionally, you will be supplied with copies of the operation manuals, drawings, and spare-parts list.

Service and Warranty
We warranty our machines for one year after they are on your floor. We will perform on-site service as required. After the warranty expires, you can be confident that your integrator will still be available to service your machine. We can also offer you an emergency service contract should you wish to purchase one. This will make available to you a pager number and an I.D. number so that you can request emergency service for your machine 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
